If you've ever wanted an international internship in Italy, then check out our Intern in Florence program! Here are a few of the key highlights that make this program unique.
Intern in Florence students will participate in a number of activities around the city designed to get you out and about and exploring all that Florence has to offer. In addition to those activities, you will have the opportunity to take a couple of day or weekend excursions so you can see what the rest of Italy has to offer. Here are just a few of the places you may be visiting:
Milan Known worldwide as a global fashion capital, Milan is beautiful, yes, but there is so much more to it than catwalks and designer purses. Milan is the business center of Italy, but also doesn’t shy away from being important in art, sport, music, culture, and of course cuisine! Set alongside the Navigli Canal, in Milan there are hundreds of monuments, churches, libraries, palaces, museums, paintings and theaters waiting to be explored, because if you dig below the surface in this fabulous city, you will find that its beauty is more than skin deep!
Capri Capri is the perfect microcosm of the Mediterranean; displaying impossibly blue waters, classic piazzas, Roman ruins and unbelievable ocean views. This stunning island set off the Tyrrhenian Sea boasts two beautiful marinas as well as chic boutiques, trattorias, blue caves and limestone sea-stacks makes Capri the perfect place for a tranquil getaway.
Venice Known worldwide as the floating city, Venice is a spectacular feat of mans’ imagination and sheer determination. But this city of history, art and romance has a dirty secret; it is also a cosmopolitan powerhouse. Walk along the narrow, crooked alleys and sure, you will find marble statues and ancient palazzo, but you will also find eyebrow raising contemporary artists, punk-rock cello musicians and the most modern of modern fashions. With 117 small islands, take your time in this breathtaking city, because you just never know what you may find.

*Bedrooms are shared between at least two students, some bedrooms may be shared between three or more students. You may request a single bedroom for an extra fee.
