Combined with its enchanting history, Costa Brava is one of Spain's most popular destinations.

Students who combine Sessions 1 and 2 will have the opportunity to take part in both weekend excursions. Additionally, optional weekend excursions are always offered to Morocco.

Housing

During your summer in Barcelona, you can choose to live in an apartment, a homestay with a Spanish host, or a student residence.

In the apartments, you’ll live in the city of Barcelona, about 25 minutes away from your classes. They’re fully furnished, and include a shared living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and bathrooms. You will share a room with one other student, and there can be up to six students in each apartment. The apartment’s ideal location in the center of Barcelona lets you get the best out of living in this lively city! You’ll have easy access to shops, cafés, restaurants, bars, and museums.

If you choose a homestay, you will live with either a Spanish family, older person, or young professional who is looking to rent a room. This is the perfect way to immerse yourself in Spanish culture! You’ll share a room with one other student, and have access to a shared bathroom, living space, and kitchen. Additionally, you’ll be provided with bed linens, laundry service, and breakfast and dinner.

The student residence in Barcelona will be located in a residence hall for students and young professionals. The residence halls are located throughout Barcelona and students choosing this option will need to apply early, as there is very limited space.
